File No. 602 PZ 10 - A Rezone Application request to change zoning rom "Rural" to "Mixed" for a 1.03 +/- acre parcel located at Lazy B Subdivision Lot 14 Rivers End Condominiums in Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Section 20, with access off Larkspur Circle via Old County Road No. 100. 7/1/10 Revised Proposal:  At the June 30, 2010 hearing, the Lincoln County Planning and Zoning Commission approved a motion to begin a 30 day notice for a hearing to adopt a recommendation to rezone to Mixed Zone Lazy B Subdivision Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 (Lots 18 and 21 are already zoned Mixed).  The original rezone application is in conjunction with a Conditional Use Permit Application (File No. 104 PZ 10) request for Townhouse Subdivision Master Plan (Lazy B Subdivision Lot 14 Rivers End Condominiums).  Applicants are Spencer and Laura Defty.  Project's Planner is John Woodward (email contact jwoodward@lcwy.org).
