The FLOOD PLAIN data is the Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) shapefile obtained from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) dated November 16, 2011. The flood plain layer displays all zones except Zone X. Lincoln County disclaims any legal responsibility of any decision made based on the Flood Plain data. It is your decision and responsibility of whether or not a piece of property is within the 100 year Flood Plain.
