**Update 27Jan2021 - Powerpoint slides now available in PDF**

Lincoln County is working with Y2 Consultants along with a steering committee to develop a site master plan for a proposed master plan on Stewart Trail (County Road 106) between Alpine and Etna. The 160-acre (¼-square mile) site east of US-89 is owned by the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM). BLM requires an approved master plan before permitting use of federal land. The proposed area would include a variety of summer and winter activities, such as hiking and biking trails, cross-country skiing, archery, sledding, RV and tent camp sites, and rental use for private outdoor events such as weddings, reunions, and graduation parties. Other improvements include restrooms, driveway repairs and parking, and a cabin with water, electricity, and basic kitchen facilities.

Public comments and suggestions are very welcome.
A public open house is planned for Thursday evening February 11th from 5-7 PM at the Alpine Civic Center, 121 US Highway 89, Alpine, Wyoming, where the County and Y2 Consultants will present the proposed plan and receive comments.

The open house will also be simulcast and recorded on ZOOM to allow citizens to participate safely from home
